We want you to love your purchase from Xavier Boutique. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

• Items must be returned within 15 days of the order delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Final sale items, accessories, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@xavierboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. If eligible, you’ll receive return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
